Who we are
ENFREGO Vinyl Studio is a data controller based in Ireland. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection law.
What we collect
Contact details (name, email, phone, delivery/billing address), order and personalisation details, account details if you register, and technical data such as cookies and analytics identifiers where you've consented to them.
How we use it
To process and fulfil your order, communicate with you about your order, respond to enquiries, improve our website and products, and — only with your consent — send marketing communications.
Payment data
Card payments are processed directly by Stripe. We never see, receive or store your full card details.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To request deletion of your data, use our Data Deletion Request page, or contact us at hello@enfrego.com for any other request.
Data retention
We retain order records for as long as required for tax, accounting and warranty purposes, and delete or anonymise personal data when it is no longer needed.
