Personalised Product Policy

Every item on ENFREGO Vinyl Studio is cut to order based on the exact text, font, colour, size and quantity you select at checkout. Because each decal is made specifically for you, please double check your personalisation carefully before adding it to your basket — the live preview shown on each product page reflects exactly what will be cut.

Once an order has entered production it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you spot a mistake in your personalisation shortly after ordering, contact us immediately and we will do our best to amend it before production begins.

We are not able to accept the return of a correctly personalised item that matches what you entered at checkout. If we made an error in production — for example, a spelling mistake that does not match your order, or the wrong colour or font from what you selected — we will replace it free of charge.
